How Long Is The Session For?

Depending on the session type, sessions can range from 15 minutes as long as a full day. However, for our most popular 1 person session it’s generally 15-30 minutes. Sessions that are larger groups can range from 2 hours and above. For example, a 20 person group session would likely take 2 hours to shoot.

How Does The Payment Work?

The initial payment is a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. This amount is deducted from your final balance. On the day of the shoot, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. We accept all major credit/debit cards.

When Will I Receive My Photos?

We have a quick turn around time. For our individual sessions, you can expect to receive your headshot within 1-2 business days after the shoot. For groups of 5-10, the turnaround time can range from 3-5 business days. For larger groups of 20 or more the turnaround time is 7-10 days.

Do You Have A Studio?

Yes we do! Our studio location is 1032 N. Crooks Rd, Suite I, Clawson, MI, 48017.

What If I Need To Reschedule Or Cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel your session by sending us an email at contact@redarchie.com. We do have a rescheduling fee based on the amount of people in your shoot - For single person shoots the rescheduling fee is $50, for larger shoots the rescheduling fee is higher. If you wish to cancel altogether, the retainer fee that you paid will not be refunded.
